REFRESHER TRAINING IN PST

Duration: 1 Day (4 hours)

Personal Survival Techniques (PST) refresher course aims to meet the mandatory minimum standards of competence for safety familiarization, basic training and instruction in personal survival techniques.

REFRESHER TRAINING IN FPFF

Duration: 1 Day (4 hours)

This course provides an opportunity to seafarers to refresh their firefighting skills, particularly the skills to those seeking updating training certification for Fire Prevention & Fire Fighting and the essential education and training to maintain the required standard.

REFRESHER TRAINING IN PSCRB

Duration: 1 Day (6 hours)

This PSCRB-REFRESHER course is designed for seafarers who are required to perform survival craft operations during shipboard emergency response situations. Participants of this refresher course will be made competent or improve their competencies in operating life-saving appliances and taking charge of a survival craft or rescue boat during or after launch.

REFRESHER TRAINING IN AFF

Duration: 1 Day (7 hours)

This training course is intended for existing seafarers who has done full Basic Safety training course and Advanced Fire Fighting course (the certificate is expired) and are going to take or already hold certain positions on board ships.

REFRESHER TRAINING IN MEDICAL FIRST AID (MFA)

Duration: 1 Day (3 hours)

Medical first aid (MFA) on a ship refers to the initial medical care provided to a sick or injured person onboard a ship at sea. The aim of first aid is to provide immediate care to stabilize the patient’s condition, prevent further injury, and promote recovery until more specialized medical care is available.

REFRESHER TRAINING IN MEDICAL CARE (MEDICARE)

Duration: 1 Day (3 hours)

This course will ensure that the trainee will be able to respond swiftly and with full autonomy, to all sorts of medical emergencies that can occur frequently at sea. It is a maritime specialty certificate issued by the IMO (International Maritime Organization).
