COURSE DESCRIPTION:
STCW Code 2010 Table A-III/1 (Officer in charge of an engineering watch)
COURSE AIMS & OBJECTIVES:
This course is to gain a fundamental understanding of engine room resource management and to successfully participate in leadership and team exercises, thereby displaying knowledge of leadership, managerial skills, and team working skills.

Course lessons and instructions are given by several lecturers; each one is a specialist on their respective subject area(s).
ENTRY REQUIREMENT / TARGET GROUP:
Be not less than 18 years of age have adequate academic and workshop training as per STCW
COURSE CERTIFICATE:
A Certificate of Completion is given to each participant who fulfills the Course. Certificate of Proficiency is issued by the Department of Shipping on completion of an oral test.
