SHIPBOARD MANAGEMENT

Duration: 2 Days

This course is dedicated toward Senior Officers (deck and engine). It focuses on providing knowledge and understanding of the essential requirements, liabilities, duties, and challenges in managing shipboard/ shipping operation.

BRIDGE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Duration: 5 Days (35 hours)

This course is designed for all senior officers and ratings as well as senior level shore-based personnel. The modules, instructions and activities imbedded in the course intends to impart know-how and develop aptitude on the use and coordination of all the skills, knowledge, experiences and resources available to the ship’s team to accomplish or achieve the established goals of safety and efficiency of ship’s operation.

ENGINE ROOM RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Duration: 5 Days (35 hours)

This course is intended for engineer officers forming a team to work in the engine room and machinery spaces. This training, together with the Basic Safety Training and competency training of the required rank, will enable the engine room personnel to have the mandatory minimum training requirement prescribed in Regulation I/12 section A-I/12, Table A-III/l, Table A-III/2, of International Convention on Standards of training, Certification and Watch keeping for Seafarers (STCW) convention, 1978/95, as amended in 2010 and as per IMO Model Course 2.07 and 1.39

BRIDGE ENGINE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (BERM)

Duration: 18 Hours

The syllabus for this course is in accordance with and satisfies Regulation VIII/2 of the STCW for seafarers, 1978 as amended in 1995 and 2010 and section B-VIII/2 of the STCW Code.

RISK ASSESSMENT & RISK MANAGEMENT

Duration: 1 Days

This course is designed for all deck and engine officers. It is a bi-module training program that provides a complete overview of the Loss Control Management in the Maritime Industry. It covers both proactive risk management approaches and reactive accident investigation techniques required for continuous improvement within an organization.

LEADERSHIP AND TEAMWORKING

Duration: 3 Days (20 hours)

The course is designed to meet STCW requirements for the application of leadership and teamworking skills, in accordance with the 2010 Manila Amendments, specifically as stated in table A-II/1, A-III/1: Function: Controlling the operation of the ship and care for persons on board at the operational level.
