Haque & Sons Ltd. was honored to convene its annual gathering for Chittagong-based Marine Officers on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at the Navy Convention Centre Chittagong. The event successfully hosted over 450 seafarers and their families, serving as a key recognition event for all officers currently serving aboard HSL-managed vessels.

A central highlight of the evening was the formal presentation of Long Service Loyalty Awards, recognizing dedicated officers marking ten and fifteen years of continuous service; 77 officers are scheduled to receive this distinguished recognition throughout 2025. In addition to the service awards, Loyalty Award crests and complimentary gifts were also distributed.

The formal proceedings featured a comprehensive program, including entertainment from distinguished singers, a dance showcase, various games and activities, and a special raffle draw for attendees’ families.

Looking ahead, a comparable event is scheduled for Dhaka on November 21, where attendance is projected to reach 650 maritime seafarers and their family members.
